Positive: Great stay in a clean, spacious suite at a location that gets you an easy drive to downtown and to Galveston. Loved taking advantage of the amenities -- quiet, well-equipped gym, lovely courtyard pool, and a bar for easy, well-priced food and evening music! Breakfast was a plus + Maricela running the breakfast is the sweetest lady! Reception was also so helpful with luggage and questions -- we'll be back next time we're in town!

Positive: Decent pricing, condition of the room fair. Calling before charging my card
Negative: I didn't like the fact someone had access to our after we had checked out but I 100% loved that the employee at the front desk called us before charging our card for another stay. If someone was accessed into our room after we checked out it's a very big concern for me because we have a child.

Positive: Location was super central, 20 minutes drive to downtown Houston. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Sure the place looks outdated (because it is older) but honestly if you are looking for a place with low budget you wont be disappointed.
Summary: If you are looking for a budget place to stay I highly recommend this place.

Positive: Nice location, great personnel. Very clean hotel as well as property grounds. Nice outdoor pool. Perfect Customer service!
Negative: We arrived at the hotel late at night and didn't know if we could find some place to eat. General Manager Mr. Mike Lian asked hotel restaurant kitchen ( that was about to be closed) to stay and to take an order from us. He went over and above to ensure that we had everything that we may need. He even helped us with our luggage and walked us to our room on the 2nd floor. We have got a newly renovated 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. .We appreciated this a lot! We will definitely stay here again.

Negative: The breakfast they serve is very minimal. The hotel needs a lot of repairs and updating but for what we paid for it was enough.
